The most important point for me in this industry is the team you are working with. And I mean the entire team: The artists, the technicians, the caterer, the drivers, the cleaner, the management and and and…  If we are one team and everyone know they can rely on each other, no event will fail.

MY BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

I studied Media & Communication Management with the focus on Event and Online Management. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in the end of 2016.

My native language is German. Also speaking English fluent. And I am basic speaking Spanish and Italian – I am improving both for this moment.

With 19 years I started working in the event industry – started with promotion and team leading. I came to the point that I want to become one of those people who organize an event – to create a space for people having some time off. I quit my studies in biomathematics to start over again with event management. During this time I have been working for countless festivals, exhibtions, conferences, B2B, concerts and openings.

After three years I finished my Bachelor and started to work full time as an project manager for events. I took my days off for freelancing projects and decided after a while to work as a freelancer in full time. Since then I am working in a job I love – day by day

In total I have experience in this industry for 8 years now. I worked for almost every kind of trade and part of an event: Catering, shuttle service, VIP service, client side, guest management, staff and artist booking and travel planning.

Now my service is also working as a „total package“: From idea to hosting.
